Volia Completes Amalgamation Of Providers It Controls Under Single Brand

voliaVolia, a company providing telecommunication service, in October has completed amalgamation of providers it controls under its brand, Ukrainian News has learned from Alina Sigda, the head of the company PR department.

In her words, providers in Khmelnytskyi and Rivne were last to be transferred to the Volia brand from October 1.

Thus, at the moment Volia under its brand provides cable television and internet access services in 19 cities: Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Rivne, Kherson, Alchevsk (Luhansk region), Donetsk, Kramatorsk (Donetsk region), Sevastopol, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region), Simferopol, Cherkasy, Sumy, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhia, Poltava and Kharkiv.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Volia in February announced its plans to complete amalgamation of providers it controls under a single brand in 2010.

Volia provides analogue cable television broadcasting services under the Volia Cable brand name, digital television broadcasting services under the Volia Premium TV brand name, and Internet access via cable networks under the Volia Broadband trademark.

Volia Group is owned by the Ukrainian Growth Fund (UGF), managed by a mutational company SigmaBleyzer
