The UkrNet Company based in Kyiv has frozen its plans concerning its Initial Public Offering until 2013 or 2014.
Mykhailo Komissaruk, supervisory board chairman of UkrNet, announced this in an interview with the AIN.UA Internet Portal.
“Originally we planned IPO for 2012, but now I think we will need a year or two,” he said.
Mykhailo Komissaruk said the company plans to place 20-30% of the shares of the company.
The limited liability company UkrNet was founded in 1998. Originally it provided the services of access to the Internet.
At present, the company provides services to the Internet audience.
