Ukrainian Radiosystems Decides To Convert Shares Into Book-Entry Form From Certificated Form

beeline6The shareholders of the Ukrainian Radiosystems closed joint stock company, the mobile communications operator that uses the Beeline trademark, at their meeting on October 2 decided to convert their shares into the book-entry from certificated form.

The company announced this in a statement, a text of which Ukrainian News has obtained.

The dematerialization of the shares is held to conform to the law On Joint Stock Companies.

All Ukrainian Securities Depositary was selected to service the dematerialization of the shares, and ING Registrar Ukraine limited liability company as a custodian.

The conversion of the shares is planned to be completed by December 6.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Beeline finished 2009 with a revenue of UAH 1.6 billion.

VimpelCom (Russia) also owns 100% of Ukrainian Radiosystems.
