According to Microsoft Ukraine, total losses that Ukraine has from pirates' activities in the form of direct taxes equalls to about 100 million dollars per year.

Microsoft Ukraine will provide Ukrainian Internet-clubs with 90% discount for Windows 7Microsoft Ukraine has provided Ukrainian computer clubs and Internet cafes with discounts up to 90% for Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007, the press service of the company reported.
The company noted, that such step may teach the Ukrainians to use licensed software in the computer clubs and will help to reduce the overall level of piracy in the country.
The above program will end on March 31, 2010.
