NCRC has not suspended the GSM license for life:)

life_logoThe National Commission for Regulating Communications (NCRC) has ordered mobile operator Astelit (TM life:) to provide the Commission and the State Communications Inspectorate information about it’s base stations by March 5, 2010.

The operator reported that it suspended the work of some base stations without proper authorization. Astelit decided not to disconnect all “illegal” stations because it could deteriorate the quality of communications for subscribers.

NCRC pointed out that the need for sustained performance of Ukrainian legislation on the use of radio frequency resources by all market players.
