The Astelit mobile communication operator, the life:) brand, introduced new tariff plan called ‘life:) hectic day’.
In the frames of the plan, a subscriber is provided with 200 minutes for calls to life:) numbers, 20 MB of Internet-traffic and 20 SMSes for UAH 1 a day.
At the same time, the cost of calls to other mobile operators’ numbers and numbers of fixed telephony operators is UAH 1 per minute.
The tariff plan will be in force until December 31, 2011.
In July 2010, comparing to July 2009, the number of subscribers of life:) fell by 1.3% or 0.15 million.
In June, number of life:) subscribers decreased by 0.8% or 0.09 million to 11.77 million.
Astelit finished 2009 with losses of USD 111.8 million, having decreased its net revenues by 19.9% or USD 87.6 million to USD 351.1 million over 2008.
The Turkcell company (Turkey) owns 54.8% of the shares in Astelit, while the System Capital Management corporation (Donetsk) owns 45.2%.
