Kyivstar And Beeline Introduce Tariff ‘Communicate Without Borders’

The Kyivstar telecom operator and the Beeline communications operator (Ukrainian RadioSystems and Golden Telecom companies) on February 16 introduced a tariff plan named Communicate Without Borders for both networks’ contract and prepaid service subscribers.

Under the tariff plan both networks’ subscribers to prepaid services get 3000 package minutes of calls to Kyivstar and Beeline numbers and 300 minutes of calls to numbers of other operators.

Apart from this, Kyivstar contract subscribers receive 3500 minutes of calls within the Kyivstar and Beeline network and 350 minutes of calls to numbers of other operators.

Monthly subscriber fees for both forms of service make UAH 120.

No connection fee is charged.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Kyivstar on November 22, 2010 opened the national roaming for the subscribers of Beeline.

Kyivstar and Beeline communications operators plan to close the merger deal by 2014.

The companies will be merged in several stages: at the first one Kyivstar will open national roaming for Beeline subscribers to enable them communicate under the Beeline tariffs within the united network.
