Baker & McKenzie announced today that it acted as legal counsel to Horizon Capital with respect to its multimillion acquisition of a minority stake in Datagroup, one of Ukraine’s top providers of data networks and fixed-line, satellite, and wholesale telecommunications services. The investment will reach up to USD40 million, informed HITech.Expert.
The Baker & McKenzie team was led by Partner Viacheslav Yakymchuk with support from Associates Olena Kuchynska, Oleg Matiusha, Yuliya Kolchenko, Oksana Vynarchyk, and Olga Gavrylyuk. Antonina Yaholnyk, Partner, and Kateryna Tkachenko, Associate, advised on competition law matters.
